Exclusive premiere of a brand new song by Opeth called “The Devil’s Orchard” from their upcoming album Heritage at Stereogum.com. If I don’t listen to Opeth anymore (since Martin Lopez/Peter Lindgren departures), I still follow the band with interest so I listened to this new song and I have to say that I’m very curious to know how the whole album will sound! This track is just awesome! I guess death metal fans will feel a bit lost or just disappointed but the 70′s prog rock lover I am feel truly glad about this new track. Too bad Martin Lopez is not there, it would have been perfect!! I don’t know if it’s the main direction of the whole album (I hope so) but I guess my interest for the band will rise again (I love how sound the guitars in this track by the way, nice vintage warm fuzz)… Listen to “The Devil’s Orchard” just below :

Enorme !!
